Here's an update of closures and programming cancellations as of 12:30 p.m. today, January 14, 2024.

The Tiverton Sports Centre is closed due to weather conditions and the closure of Highway 21.

Staff will assess opening the facility when Highway 21 is reopened.

Due to forecasted or observed weather conditions, the Municipality of Kincardine has declared a Significant Weather Event as of 4:10 p.m. today, Friday, January 12th, 2024.

On Thursday, January 11th, 2024, from approximately 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Albert Road in Inverhuron will be closed from John Street to Alma Street while a new water service is installed.

CONTRACT AWARD NOTICE

KINCARDINE, ON – A vibrant and full Council Chambers at the Municipal Administration Office on December 13^th, 2023, saw two teams of athletes receive recognition for their accomplishments. Mayor Craig offered congratulations on behalf of the Municipality of Kincardine to members of both the 13U OBA Kincardine Cardinals and the Kincardine Cubs Senior Men’s Baseball team for their phenomenal 2023 season performances.
