Water Meter Replacement Required
Additional appointment availability has been added for property owners who have not yet completed their required water meter replacement. The compliance deadline has passed, and in accordance with the Municipality's Water Rates and Fees By-law, properties without a new water meter installed are now being billed at four times the regular water rate until the replacement is completed.
Water meter replacements must be completed by KTI Utility Services, the Municipality's contracted installer.
- Available appointment dates: August 31 to September 4, 2026, and October 19 to 30, 2026
- Appointment length: Approximately 40 minutes
- Requirements: Someone 18 years of age or older must be present during the installation
