Community Services

Smart Beach Light at Station Beach

The Smart Beach Light at Station Beach will use real-time data and a simple colour system to help beachgoers understand water conditions and make safer decisions before entering the water.

Inverhuron Upper Park Beach Volleyball Court

The Municipality of Kincardine is partnering with the Inverhuron Non-Profit Association (INPA) to install a new beach volleyball court at Upper McIntyre Park in Inverhuron.

All Wheels Park Project

The Municipality of Kincardine is developing a new All Wheels Park at Lions Park to create a modern, inclusive space for skateboards, scooters, BMX bikes, and inline skates. 

MacPherson Park Inclusive Playground

MacPherson Park is being transformed into a fully accessible, inclusive, destination-style play space that will serve families of all abilities for years to come.

Station Beach Boardwalk Improvements

The renewal of the Station Beach Boardwalk will ensure this well-used space remains safe, accessible, and welcoming for years to come.

Victoria Park Project

The Victoria Park project is an opportunity to specifically improve the staging area with accessibility features throughout the park that invite everyone to enjoy the space without barriers.

Ash Tree Removal on Trails

Approximately 490 to 530 ash trees affected by the Emerald Ash Borer will be felled along the Municipality of Kincardine's trails.

Parks By-law

The Municipality of Kincardine is in the process of implementing a new Parks By-law aimed at enhancing the management and regulation of our public parks and recreational areas including the beachfront.

Tiverton Water Supply System Expansion Project

The Municipality of Kincardine is undertaking a project to expand the Tiverton drinking water supply system to ensure reliable service for current and future needs.

2026 Tree Sale

The Municipality of Kincardine's 2026 Tree Sale opens online at 7 a.m. on Monday, March 9, 2026 and runs until Friday, May 1 at 11:59 p.m. or until we sell out.
