Service Interruptions

The Municipality of Kincardine has ended the Significant Weather Event effective 7:55 a.m. today, Tuesday December 16, 2025. Please continue to drive cautiously on Municipal roads as we continue regular maintenance activities to improve road conditions.

Due to forecasted or observed weather conditions, the Municipality of Kincardine is closing the Municipal Administration Centre at 1475 Concession 5 on Monday, December 15 at 3:15 p.m. Thank you for your understanding.

Bridge BR1048 on Concession Road 5 has reopened following the completion of construction work.

Please be advised that there will be a water service interruption in some areas, due to maintenance of our distribution system, on Tuesday, December 2nd, 2025 between the hours of 9 a.m. and 3 p.m.

Due to weather-related issues, phone lines are currently down at the Municipal Administration Centre and the Davidson Centre. We are actively working with our service provider to restore connectivity as soon as possible. Thank you for your patience.

Saturday, November 29th, 2025, portions of Broadway Street and Queen Street will be closed for the Santa Claus Parade.

There has been a watermain break near Memorial Park and Rae Street in Tiverton on Tuesday, November 11, 2025. Water service in the area has been temporarily shut off.

J1 Sideroad from Concession 12 to Bruce Saugeen Townline Road will be closed for culvert replacement. The road will be impassable. 

There has been a watermain break on Inverness St. North in Kincardine this morning, Monday, November 3, 2025.
