Learn About the Smart Beach Light During Beach Safety Week
As we recognize National Drowning Prevention Week (July 19–25) and this year's theme, "Prepare to be Water Smart," the Municipality of Kincardine invites residents and visitors to learn more about staying safe at the beach by joining a free Smart Beach Light and Beach Safety information session.
Hosted by Meagan Fair of the Kincardine Beach Safety Group, this session will explain how the Smart Beach Light works, what each light colour means, and how to use it alongside other beach safety information to make informed decisions before heading into the water.
