Road Closures - Victoria Street and Lake Street - November 2, 2026
Due to construction for new water and sanitary service connections at 96 Victoria Street, Victoria Street and Lake Street will have temporary closures on Monday, November 2, 2026.
- Victoria Street - 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
- Lake Street - 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.
The Upper Lorne Beach gate will be open from 8:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. to provide an alternate route for motorists south of the Victoria Street closure.
Motorists travelling during the Lake Street closure can use Pine Street to access Victoria Street:
- Before 3:00 p.m.: Continue along Victoria Street toward the Upper Lorne Beach gate.
- After 3:00 p.m.: The Victoria Street closure is expected to be lifted, allowing motorists to travel directly along Victoria Street.
