Road Closures for Lighthouse to Lighthouse 5k and Half Marathon - Oct. 4, 2026

On Sunday, October 4, 2026, the following roads will be closed for the Lighthouse to Lighthouse 5k and Half Marathon starting at 7:00 a.m. and will be under a rolling re-opening as the race progresses:

⛔Goderich Street to St. Albert Street 
⛔St. Albert Street to Huron Terrace
⛔Huron Terrace to Kingsway Street
⛔Kingsway Street to Saugeen Street
⛔Saugeen Street to Broadway Street
⛔Broadway Street to McDonald Avenue
⛔McDonald Avenue to Durham Street
⛔Durham Street to Macpherson Park
⛔Macpherson Park to Harbour Street

Please be aware that the half-marathon starts at the Point Clark Lighthouse so there will be further road closures in Huron-Kinloss. Please refer to 511.ca for additional road closures.

Access along the race route will be restricted to emergency vehicles only while the roads are closed. Drivers should choose an alternate route.
