Proposals must be submitted using the appropriate Municipality of Kincardine "Request for Tenders" Package Documents for all items. An automatic message will be generated to Bidders submitting their tender by email. Bidders who wish to have a follow up email sent by the Municipality to confirm receipt are to email.

Digital plans, specifications and tender forms may be obtained from the office of the undersigned.

Proposals are to be submitted electronically by e-mail to the tenders platform. Submissions must reference the RFT name and number in the subject line. 

Each Bid must be accompanied by a bid security, payable to the Corporation of the Municipality of Kincardine, in the amount of 10% of the Bidder’s Total Bid Price.
