July 29, 2026 - Swimming Advisory Issued for Station Beach

The Municipality of Kincardine is advising residents and visitors that Grey Bruce Public Health has issued a swimming advisory for Station Beach after routine water quality testing found bacterial levels above acceptable thresholds.

Water samples collected by Grey Bruce Public Health indicate that bacterial levels at Station Beach exceed acceptable thresholds. As a result, Grey Bruce Public Health has determined that the water is currently unsafe for swimming.

Advisory signage has been posted at the beach, and residents and visitors are asked to avoid swimming until follow-up water testing confirms the water is safe.

Grey Bruce Public Health will continue to monitor water quality. The Municipality of Kincardine will share an update as soon as new test results are available.

The Municipality thanks residents and visitors for their cooperation and understanding as we work together to protect public health and safety.
