The Municipality of Kincardine is providing notice that it will not be proceeding with the disposal of all, or a portion of, the property identified as Con 1 NDR Pt Lot 50, Roll: 41082100012200, Municipality of Kincardine, Province of Ontario at this time. 

Should the Municipality decide to proceed with the disposition of all or a portion of the lands as identified above a further notice will be posted in the paper.

The Municipality is confirming that no portion of the lands identified above have been declared surplus by the Municipality. The Municipality will be responding directly to any responses received to the earlier notice.
