The Municipality of Kincardine would like to inform residents that scheduled sludge removal activities will be taking place at the Kincardine Lagoon Site located at 520 Bruce Avenue over the coming weeks.

This essential work is part of our regular maintenance to ensure the continued efficiency and safety of our wastewater treatment systems. However, temporary odors and minor inconveniences in the surrounding area are expected during this process.

We apologize for any discomfort this may cause and appreciate your patience and understanding as we complete this necessary work.

What to expect:

• Noticeable odors in the vicinity of the facility
• Contractors will be on-site daily from 7 a.m. - 6 p.m.
• The work is scheduled to start around June 2nd and should be completed around June 27th, 2025.
