Russell Street closed Wednesday, August 27th and Thursday, August 28th for pipe crossing work by Lavis Contracting. The road will be open at 5 p.m. each day.

The pool will be closed from Monday, August 25 until Sunday, September 7, 2025 for maintenance work.

Restoration work on the ramp located near the front entrance of the Davidson Centre begins on Wednesday, May 14th, 2025.

Road Closure - Russell Street - August 27th and 28th, 2025

On Wednesday, August 27th and Thursday, August 28th, 2025, Russell Street will be closed between Hunter Street and Highway 21 for a pipe crossing being completed by Lavis Contracting. The road will be reopened at 5:00 p.m. each day.

Please follow detour signs while work is in progress.

This work is part of a Ministry of Transportation (MTO) project on Highway 21 that affects Russel Street, which is a municipal roadway.

Your patience, kindness, and understanding are greatly appreciated as this work is completed by the MTO and their contractors.
