Site Visit:

A Optional Site Visit at Station Beach will be held on, Wednesday, August 20th, 2025 at 10 a.m. Attendance is strongly encouraged. See Bidder's Workbook in the RFT for additional details.

Questions and Deadline:

Questions and requests for changes to this Request for Tenders must be submitted through the Bidding System to tenders@kincardine.ca.

The Municipality will respond to inquiries received by 5:00:00 PM ET on August 29, 2025.

Bids must be fully received by the Municipality's system by 2 p.m. ET on September 2, 2025. Late submissions may not be considered.

Bids must be submitted through the Bidding System. 

The Municipality anticipates that the contract will be awarded in September, 2025.
