Questions and requests for changes to this Request for Standing Offers must be submitted through the Bidding System to tenders@kincardine.ca.

The Municipality will respond to inquiries received by 9 a.m. ET on April 10, 2026.

Bids must be fully received by the Municipality's system by 2 p.m. ET on April 21, 2026. Late submissions may not be considered.

Bids must be submitted through the Bidding System. 

The Municipality anticipates awarding a contract to up to 1 Bidders and that the contract will be awarded in April, 2026.

The Contract is effective as of the Contract Effective Date and shall continue for a period of 3 years.
