The Municipality will respond to inquiries received by 5:00:00 p.m. ET on October 8, 2025.

Bids must be fully received by the Municipality's system by 2 p.m. ET on October 15, 2025. Late submissions may not be considered.

Bids must be submitted through the Bidding System. 

The Municipality anticipates that the contract will be awarded in November, 2025.
