Questions and requests for changes to this Request for Proposal must be submitted through the Bidding System.

The Municipality will respond to inquiries received by 5:00:00 p.m. ET on October 8, 2025.

Bids must be fully received by the Municipality's system by 2 p.m. ET on October 22 October 15, 2025. Late submissions may not be considered.

Bids must be submitted through the Bidding System. 

The Municipality anticipates that the contract will be awarded in November, 2025.
