In accordance with the Sale and Other Disposition of Land Policy ADMIN.03, Notice is hereby given that Council is considering the disposal of the property identified as Con 1 NDR Pt Lot 50, Roll: 41082100012200, Municipality of Kincardine, Province of Ontario and providing this notice on the basis that a portion of the lands are to be declared surplus to the needs of The Corporation of the Municipality of Kincardine. Note that only a portion of the lands identified as “Proposed Purchase Lot” is subject to the potential disposition by the Municipality. Should the Municipality decide to proceed with the disposition of a portion of the lands as identified below, the successful purchaser shall be required as a condition of the purchase to obtain a consent to sever the lands in accordance with the provision of the Planning Act.

A portion of the lands identified above have been declared surplus to current and/or future program or operational requirements of the Municipality. Written comments regarding the disposition of a portion of the property as surplus to the needs of the Municipality may be made to Jennifer Lawrie, Manager of Legislative Services / Clerk, 1475 Concession 5 Rd., RR#5, Kincardine, Ontario N2Z 2X6 or by e-mailing by July 2, 2025.
