Holiday Hours and Facility Closures 2025/2026

From the Municipality of Kincardine Council and Staff, we wish you a safe and joyful holiday season spent with family and friends. To all who celebrate, may you have a: Merry Christmas, Happy Hanukkah, Warm Yuletide Wishes, Happy Solstice, Festivus Greetings, and Joyous Kwanzaa!

A reminder that during the holiday season, there are closures and changes in hours at our municipal facilities:

Facilities Closing Wednesday, December 24th, 2025, at 12 p.m. to January 2nd, 2026: (Regular hours of operation resume Monday, January 5th, 2026)

• Municipal Administration Centre at 1475 Concession 5, Kincardine
• Kincardine Fire & Emergency Services Administration Office at 127 Mahood-Johnston Drive, Kincardine
• Underwood Satellite Office and Bruce Township Community Centre at 1240 Concession 6, Underwood

Davidson Centre at 601 Durham Street, Kincardine:

• Facility & Administration Office: Closing December 24th at 12 p.m.; December 31st at 4 p.m.; also closed December 29th–31st and January 2nd. Customer service is available at the front desk during these closures.
• Pool & Facility: Closed December 25th–26th, 2025 and January 1st, 2026.
• Regular Facility Hours: Monday–Sunday, 6:00 a.m. – 10:00 p.m.
• Regular Pool Hours:
  • • Monday–Friday: 6:15 a.m. – 9:00 p.m.
    • Saturday: 7:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m.
    • Sunday: 9:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.

Don’t miss out on Council’s Annual New Year’s Levee on December 31st at the Davidson Centre and Tiverton Sports Centre. Free activities for the whole family!

Tiverton & District Sports Centre at 20 McLaren Street, Tiverton:

• Closing December 24th at 12 p.m.; closed December 25th and 26th; December 31st at 4 p.m.; and January 1st, 2026.

Kincardine Waste Management Centre at 437 Sideroad 15, Armow:

• Closed December 25th, 26th, 27th; January 1st, 2026.

Curbside pick-up of garbage and recycling:

There will be no collection services on Thursday, December 25th or Thursday, January 1st, 2026.
Garbage collection that would normally occur on Thursday will be collected on January 8th, 2026.
