Customer Feedback
The Municipality of Kincardine will receive and respond to feedback about how it provides goods or services to person with disabilities.

Accessible Formats and Communication Supports
The Municipality of Kincardine aims to provide information in accessible formats whenever possible.

Service Interruptions
A service disruption can be anything that affects how you receive or use a municipal service. This includes road closures, building closures due to bad weather and services that may be out of order.
The Municipality will post on the website and at affected buildings for planned service interruptions. Notice will be posted as soon as possible for unplanned or emergency service interruptions. Subscribe to our News and Notices to get Service Interruptions sent right to your email.
Training
Municipal volunteers must complete the following Accessibility Training within 30 days of their appointment and return the Confirmation of Training form to the Clerk's Department.

Plans and Policies
The Municipality adheres to the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA) and maintains:
- a Multi Year Accessibility Plan;
- an Accessibility Annual Public Status Update including a Catalogue of Issues;
- an Accessible Customer Service Policy;
- an Integrated Accessibility Standards Policy;
- the 2019 Accessibility Compliance Report; and
- the 2023 Accessibility Compliance Report.
