Accessibility Advisory Committee

Meeting Schedule

The Accessibility Advisory Committee provides advice to Council on municipal services and buildings to maximize accessibility. It is required under the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act, 2005.

The Accessibility Advisory Committee holds meetings on the third or fourth Thursday of every month at 4:00pm. Details, minutes and agendas for meetings can be found on the Municipal Calendar

Terms of Reference

Committee Composition

The Committee is comprised of six (6) public members (at least 50% with disabilities) and one (1) Council member, each having an equal vote.
