Camps

We strive to integrate all campers into all activities and design our program plans with this goal. If your child requires assistance or accommodations in Summer Day Camp, please provide as many details when answering registration questions. Details and information provided will be used to improve campers experience as well as parent and staff.

Our Summer Camp Inclusion Coordinator begins May 5, 2025 and will connect with families throughout the weeks leading up to start of camp.

• Registration is online only. If you need assistance, please contact us at 519-396-3491. 
• Create or Manage Your Account before starting registration process.
• Give yourself plenty of time to register. Summer Day Camp requires you to answer many questions about your child and sign waivers.
• Tip: You can search or click on "childcare" on the registration homepage to continue shopping more weeks. 
• If you are registering your child for the very first time and will be enrolling in several weeks of camp, we recommend "checking out" for one week and then going back to enroll in the remaining weeks as it will save all answered questions for a much quicker process.
• IMPORTANT: Each week of camp we will have two age categories of registration for campers aged 4-5 years old and 6-12 years old at the time of camp start date. Be sure you are selecting the correct age group for your child. 
• Payment plans are an option for all weeks of camp, so be sure to select "payment plan option" at time of registration. 

2026 Summer Camp Registration Information

Full payment must be made at the time of registration online by credit card or with a payment plan using a credit card.

When creating a payment plan, the remaining payment will be charged to your credit card two weeks prior to the first day of the registered camp week. No exceptions will be made.

Post-dated cheques will NOT be accepted.

We accept weekly registrations only. If space is available after the start of each week, participants may be registered at a pro-rated rate

Cancellations

50% cancellation fee will be charged if notification is not received within 7 days prior to the first day of camp week by 4:30 p.m. If we do not receive notification, a 50% cancellation fee will be charged.
