Bridge Master Plan Implementation

The Municipality of Kincardine recently undertook a Bridge Master Plan with GEI Consultants Canada. The study for this plan evaluated each of the 83 municipally owned bridges throughout the community. It identified the potential for permanently retiring bridges to avoid costly repairs and replacement work.

These were broken into short-term (0-10 year) and long-term (10+ year) recommendations and their impact on the overall transportation network.
