Pre-Bid Meeting:

***The non-mandatory site meeting on Tuesday, January 21st, 2025 at 10 a.m. is cancelled due to current and forecasted weather conditions. This meeting will not be rescheduled.

A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on Tuesday, January 21st, 2025 at 10 a.m. The meeting will begin at the Kincardine site located at 140 Valentine Avenue, Kincardine. The meeting will then move to the Tiverton site located at 1842 Concession 2, Tiverton.

Questions and Deadline:

The Municipality will respond to inquiries received by 2 p.m. EST on January 16th, 2025.

Bids must be fully received by the Municipality's system by 2 p.m. EST on January 27th, 2025. Late submissions may not be considered.

Bids must be submitted through the Bidding System.
