Summer Camp
At the Municipality of Kincardine Summer Day Camp, experience a wide variety of camp activities throughout the whole summer including: crafts, games, swimming and skating. All staff are High Five & First Aid Trained.

The Camper Information package will not be available for the 2020 camp season. This information will be gathered at the time of registration using the new online registration system.
The parent package has all the information you need for summer camp.
Each camper needs to have a Camper Information form completed (done online when registering or on paper when registering in person) and payment made at the time of registration.

Costs |
There are only weekly rates, no daily. Four Day Week (Holiday Monday weeks only): $125.00 Five Day Weeks: $156.00 Family Rate (three or more children per family): Full rate for first two children, $78.00 per additional child. We do require a 25% non-refundable deposit per camper/ per week
Offsite field trip weeks have additional costs: Week three: $35 Sleeping Beauty at the Grand bend Playhouse Week seven: $30 Elm vale Zoo
50% Cancellation fee will be charged if cancellation notification is not received within 7 days prior to first day of camp week by 4:30pm. For trip weeks, cancellation notice must be received within 2 weeks prior to first day of camp week by 4:30pm. If we do not receive notification 50% cancellation fee plus additional cost of trip will be charged. |

Payment OptionsNEW for 2020- Post-dated cheques will NOT be accepted. Full payment must be made at the time of registration online by credit card, or with a payment plan using a credit card. When creating a payment plan, the remaining payment will be charged to your credit card two weeks prior to the first day of the registered camp week. No exceptions will be made.
Credit Card, Cash and Debit is accepted in person at the Recreation office during office Hours.
We accept weekly registrations only. If space is available after the start of each week, participants may be registered at a pro-rated rate. |

Important Camp Information |
Children must be signed in and out daily by approved guardian or caregiver. Only adults listed will be permitted to pick-up children. Please notify the Camp Coordinator if this changes throughout the day.
Please bring; Peanut-free lunch and snacks for each day, reusable water bottle, bathing suit and towel, change of clothes (highly recommended for Munchkins), and sunscreen.
We ask that all medical information be provided at the time of registration on the Participant Information Sheet.
Safety is our number one priority at camp! If you know your child will be late or absent, please notify the Camp Coordinator. Every absent camper will receive a phone call home daily if they are absent (without notification).
Campers must be 4 years of age by their first day of camp. All participants must be fully toilet trained by the start of camp. Maximum participant numbers are determined by the number of staff, based on ratios. We adhere and do not make exceptions to these numbers, to ensure the safe supervision of our program. The Municipality of Kincardine Summer Day Camp follows High Five's, Principles of Health Child Development safety and supervision standards.
All campers enjoy 1 hour of swimming three times per week. Swim times/dates are subject to change and/or cancellations. |
