Summer Camp

At the Municipality of Kincardine Summer Day Camp, experience a wide variety of camp activities throughout the whole summer including: crafts, games, swimming and skating. All staff are High Five & First Aid Trained. 

Camp Registration



The Camper Information package will not be available for the 2021 camp season.  This information will be gathered at the time of registration using the Active net online registration system.



Each camper needs to have a Camper Information form completed (done online when registering or on paper when registering in person) and payment made at the time of registration.

2021 information:

There are only weekly rates, no daily.

Four Day Week (Holiday Monday weeks only): $124.00

Five Day Weeks: $156.00

Family Rate (three or more children per family): Full rate for first two children, half price per additional child.

We do require a 25% non-refundable deposit per camper/ per week($39/pp)


50% Cancellation fee will be charged if cancellation notification is not received within 7 days prior to first day of camp week by 4:30pm. If we do not receive notification 50% cancellation fee will be charged.  

Registration & Payment Options

Payment Options

Full payment must be made at the time of registration online by credit card, or with a payment plan using a credit card.  When creating a payment plan, the remaining payment will be charged to your credit card two weeks prior to the first day of the registered camp week. No exceptions will be made. 

Post-dated cheques will NOT be accepted.


We accept weekly registrations only. If space is available after the start of each week, participants may be registered at a pro-rated rate.

Welcome Back

Welcome back to Kincardine Summer Day Camp! Whether it is your first time at camp or a long-time returner we are so excited to welcome you this summer.

Week Two

July 12-16th


Science Camp

We will need all hands on deck this week. Campers will put their brains together to crack encrypted messages, create science experiments and make explosions like never before! 

Week Three

July 19-23rd


Jungle Week

Find your binoculars we are going exploring! We will go on scavenger hunts, attend a virtual field trip, and be on the lookout for Tigers & Lions all week long. 

Week Four

July 26-30th

(4 day week)

Disney Week

Calling all princesses, princes and pirates! Explore all of the magic of Disney at camp! A week full of adventure and laughter as we bring all things Disney to life! 

Week Five

August 2-6th

Sports Nut

They shoot, they score….calling all sports fanatics! Learn everything about sportsmanship, fair play fitness and team spirit through a wide range of games and sports this week.

Kincardine Summer Day Camp Has Talent

Throughout the week we will host friendly competitions showing off the many talents of the participants at Kincardine Summer Day Camp (you will be able to watch the talents on our Facebook page). To finish off the week each group will present a group talent to the Summer Day Camp Coordinators.

Water Week

This week will involve everything water! Make sure you pack your bathing suit and towel everyday. Campers will participate in activities such as Slip N’ Slide, Splash Pad, Drip, Drip, Drop, Water Balloons and so much more! 

Week Nine

August 30th - Sept 3rd


The Final Countdown

With it being the final week of the summer anything goes! This week we will play all of our favourite camp games from the summer, paint our leaders and appreciate our final days of summer. 



Important Camp Information

  • Drop-off & Pickup

Children must be signed in and out daily by approved guardian or caregiver. Only adults listed will be permitted to pick-up children. Please notify the Camp Coordinator if this changes throughout the day.

  • What to Bring

Please bring; Peanut-free lunch and snacks for each day, reusable water bottle, bathing suit and towel, change of clothes (highly recommended for Munchkins), and sunscreen.

  • Medical Information

We ask that all medical information be provided at the time of registration on the Participant Information Sheet.

  • Safe Arrival Program

Safety is our number one priority at camp! If you know your child will be late or absent, please notify the Camp Coordinator. Every absent camper will receive a phone call home daily if they are absent (without notification).

  • Age Requirements & Supervision

Campers must be 4 years of age by their first day of camp. All participants must be fully toilet trained by the start of camp. Maximum participant numbers are determined by the number of staff, based on ratios. We adhere and do not make exceptions to these numbers, to ensure the safe supervision of our program. The Municipality of Kincardine Summer Day Camp follows High Five's, Principles of Health Child Development safety and supervision standards.

  • Swimming

All campers enjoy 1 hour of swimming three times per week. Swim times/dates are subject to change and/or cancellations.
