The Lions Park Splash Pad is on located at the Lions Park at the Davidson Centre 601 Durham St. Kincardine.

The Splash Pad is opening on June 3rd, 2023 for the season, and will be open 10:00am-8:00pm, 7 days a week (weather permitting).

The Splash Pad is not supervised. All persons using the Splash Pad use this area at their own risk. The Municipality of Kincardine is not responsible for and accepts no liability for any damage, loss, injury, or death claimed or suffered by any person related to the access and use of this area, however caused.
Infants and toddlers must wear proper swim diapers.
Swim suits/appropriate attire must always be worn . Footwear/sandals are strongly recommended.
Children younger than 10 years old must be under constant supervision of an adult. Adults are responsible for their safety at all times.
People with a communicable disease, open sore or skin infection are not permitted to use the splash pad.

Closing the Splash Pad during operating months
The Splash Pad will be closed to the public and water features will be disables when any of the following conditions exits:
- Any indication of thunder or lightening, staff will close the facility. Re-opening is at the discretion of Municipal staff. After a minimum of thirty minutes has passed since the last observation of thunder or lightning, the Splash Pad will re-open.
- The Splash Pad will remain closed in the event of a local forecast of recurring storms.
- On overcast days, when rain is forecasted and when the air temperature is less than 20 C, the Splash Pad will close.
- Unforeseen mechanical malfunctions or facility issues directly affect the safety and well-being of patrons.
