We can all get a little stir-crazy in the winter months - a time when we spend a considerable amount of time indoors, so we are CHALLENGING YOU to get up and get moving by participating in the LOCAL LOCKDOWN KM CHALLENGE, happening now through to March 31, 2021.

Exercise can help you improve your self-esteem, keep your mind off problems, and give you a sense of control. In general, people who are active have less anxiety, depression, and stress than people who are not active.

To submit your weekly logged KM's: - Email total KM's logged for the week (Saturday - Friday end of day) to: tourism@kincardine.ca ie. If you register on Tuesday January 12, 2021, your total for the week will only include KM's logged from Tuesday through Friday. |
