COVID19 UPDATE: 
Effective 12:01am on Saturday April 3, 2021 for a minimum of 4 weeks, the Davidson Centre and Tiverton Sports Centre will be closed to the public, with all programming cancelled during this period.

The Municipality of Kincardine's Davidson Centre has been selected as a host site for a Vaccination Centre for the Grey Bruce region, and will continue to operate scheduled clinics during the shutdown at this location.

Cardio Mix

Build your cardio endurance and overall strength in this fun, energetic class using a blend of cardio class formats.  Geared to all fitness levels!

Aerobic Bootcamp

A full-body cardio and muscle conditioning workout, set to great up beat music!  A cardio workout you will be feeling for days! Suitable for all ages and skill levels

HIIT

High Intensity Interval Training is a total body, heart pumping, aerobic  and strength conditioning workout.  This interval-based class combines full-body strength training with high intensity cardio bursts designed to tone your body, improve your endurance and make you sweat.  Each week will be a little different.

Bootcamp

A variety of full body weight training and interval training. This class will use fitness concepts from P90X and Insanity to give you an overall body workout.

Circuit and Step Fitness

Step Fitness is an energizing full body workout focusing on basic stepping, just like walking up and down stairs, while moving to an intoxicating rhythm. Step caters to all fitness levels and you can increase or decrease the intensity of the workout by raising or lowering the height of your step. This class focused on cardio and muscles conditioning using step.

Body Sculpt

Cardio is great but make sure to add some variety to your routine! This class develops your muscular strength & endurance using a variety of equipment and techniques.  Work your muscle groups with different sized weights and exercises to boost your routine and see overall improvements in your health!

Stretch and Flow

By incorporating the principles of yoga, you're guided through the main girdles of your body: the hips and shoulders. You will find more length, range, and freedom of movement.

Back 2 Basics

This low-impact class is designed for everyone!  This class will challenge your whole body without the added stress.  A great option for those with joint discomfort or those who are starting out on their fitness journey.

Fusion Fitness

This class is a combination of Step, Zumba and weighted movements all rolled into one class.  The steps and movements are all choreographed to music, and the Zumba songs are easy to follow.  This class is guaranteed to get you moving!

If Highway 21 is closed north AND South of Kincardine, classes are cancelled.
