The Accessibility Advisory Committee provides advice to Council on municipal services and buildings to maximize accessibility. It is required under the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act, 2005.

Committee Composition

The Committee is comprised of six (6) public members (at least 50% with disabilities) and one (1) Council member, each having an equal vote. 

Committee Meetings

The Accessibility Advisory Committee holds meetings on the second Tuesday of every month at 1:00pm. Details, minutes and agendas for meetings can be found on the Municipal Calendar
