Recycling Collection Notice
 
KINCARDINE, Ontario – March 25, 2020. The Municipality of Kincardine has received notice from Bruce Area Solid Waste Recycling on March 24, 2020 that they will be disposing of recycling at the Municipal landfill until the end of the COVID-19 Pandemic. This was done due to safety concerns regarding the handling of individual waste items required for recycling. The health and safety of their employees is their top priority.

2020 Half Load Restrictions –
To protect municipal roads during the spring thaw there is an annual half-load season from March 1 to April 30. During this period vehicles are restricted to a maximum of 5 tonnes per axle.
Half load restrictions are now in effect on some Municipal roads. Enforcement of half load restrictions will commence on roads where half load signs are erected.
