The Municipality of Kincardine, along with the Kincardine BIA and Chamber of Commerce, is conducting a review of the Promenade on Queen and seeking public feedback through an online survey.
The event closed Queen Street in Kincardine to vehicle traffic every weekend throughout the summer to transform the downtown into a pedestrian friendly shopping market, with restaurant patios, vendors and entertainment to help support local business during the Covid-19 pandemic.

There is a new and enhanced vaccine certificate with a QR code that businesses and organizations can scan using the Verify Ontario app . The enhanced vaccine certificate is an easier and more convenient way to have your proof of vaccination verified.

The North and South Piers have been closed in order to make repairs to improve public safety. The Municipality of Kincardine is pleased to announce that the North Pier repairs have been completed and has been reopened for public use effective August 18th.   The repair work continues on the South Pier as it was more extensive and therefore we anticipate the reopening will be within the next two weeks. We thank everyone for your patience.
