The Waste Management Centre at 437 Sideroad 15, Armow will be closed Thursday, April 27th for staff training. Curbside garbage pick-up will continue as scheduled.
We'll return to normal operating hours on Friday, April 28th.

We have confirmation from @Bruce Area Solid Waste Recycling of rescheduled pick-ups.
If your garbage should have been picked up on Boxing Day (Monday, December 26 th ), there will be a pick-up this Friday, December 30 th .
Recycling will not be picked-up, but the overflow can be bagged and set out next to your blue box on your next scheduled pick-up date.

Staff for the Municipality of Kincardine would like to thank the residents for a successful trial of our yard waste collection areas that were located in Kincardine at the cardboard depot and in Tiverton at the arena. The yard waste/compost trial ran from May 14-June 5 th .
The trial has given the Municipality the information we need to evaluate the possibility of running this program at future dates.

Effective December 1st, the Municipality of Kincardine has partnered with Second Wind Recycling, for the EPS recycling service pilot project. Second Wind Recycling provides the Municipality with a densifying and removal service of all post-consumer EPS packaging delivered to the recycling depot, and ensures it is recycled by a registered recycler.
