The Municipality of Kincardine is inviting all current or prospective residents to an online Housing Forum on June 8 from 4:30 p.m. to 6:30p.m.In 2021, work began on the development of a Municipal Housing Action Plan, aimed at facilitating or advocating for solutions to the local housing crisis. Bruce Power announces increased power output of 250MW and isotope harvest

Yesterday, Bruce Power announced an increase in output of 250 megawatts (MW) – enough to power 250,000 more homes. With more innovations and upgrades, the plant aims to become even more efficient and has an ambitious goal of a 7,000 MW site peak by 2030.Bruce Power also announced yesterday that later this year they will harvest Cobalt-60, an isotope used to treat breast cancer and brain tumours and sterilize medical equipment.
